In this package you will receive:
You will go through the material on your own following the instructions given and when you are ready we will set up a 2-hour (can request to add more if need) online session on discussing your questions, areas of interest etc.
Package B - The Interactive Home Retreat (7h)
Price: 80 Eur per day*
After filling the dosha test and answering our questionnaire we will set up for you a plan for the number of days you desire or need.

With the program, you will receive an Ayurveda manual containing dosha specific recipes, and a summary of our talks, tips, and recommendations for you.

During our asana practice, our focus is not on achieving certain asanas, rather looking behind the poses and see how we experience them on a physical, energetic, and mental level.
We will learn about the presence of the 5 elements and the 3 doshas in our body and how it is linked to our strengths and weaknesses, physical and mental tendencies to become more conscious of our functioning and with that get an insight into how we can lead our everyday life more consciously off the mat.
