Teacher Development Course
2nd March - 15th March
THE CONCEPT -
Teacher Development Course
This course has been set up for those who never cease to be students and seek personal development & growth as relatively new teachers.
It is designed to give you an opportunity to deepen your asana, pranayama and meditation practice and to integrate knowledge gained in your previous studies regarding bones, muscles, myofascia, the fascial lines and structural integration.
We will work on understanding the dynamics of specific asanas in Asana Labs, discover how yoga supports functional movement, discuss most common limitations, imbalances and modifications to suit all levels and body types, and identify non physical effects of asanas regarding energy, body functioning and emotions.
We will also learn to sequence classes with different themes and anatomical focuses and work on finding or reassessing your own teaching style.
This Course can be taken by students who have completed Module 1 with us or have already completed a 200-hr teacher training course somewhere else, but would like to refresh, widen their knowledge or learn an integrated, holistic approach of yoga teaching.
