During our asana practice, our focus is not on achieving certain asanas, rather looking behind the poses and see how we experience them on a physical, energetic, and mental level.
We will learn about the presence of the 5 elements and the 3 doshas in our body and how it is linked to our strengths and weaknesses, physical and mental tendencies to become more conscious of our functioning and with that get an insight into how we can lead our everyday life more consciously off the mat.
If you have never done a class with me before you can find free online classes HERE, I recommend you to check it out.
Our Ayurveda sessions focus on providing you with the general understanding of the concept of
Ayurveda and its application to your everyday life so it can become an integrated part of your living.
These courses and retreats are to bring awareness about what health means to you and how to stay healthy.
Please note that it not designed to heal or treat an existing health condition even though the practices and knowledge we learn can improve certain conditions. If you wish to get an Ayurvedic treatment, you will need to consult an ayurvedic doctor.
Our intention during the course, workshop, or retreat is to change your idea about food and healthy eating for something that fits into a greater context:
Let's change the concept of
"You are what you eat" to "You are what you digest"!
